Initial Consultation

Service Description

The purpose of the initial consultation is to determine whether we can commence and complete therapeutic work together. On my side, this involves assessing whether I am able to offer you effective and appropriate counselling. On your side, that involves seeing if you feel like you would be comfortable speaking to me in a counselling session, remembering that you are accessing services for specific reasons.
